A traditional home designed for families:
This 5 bedrooms, 250 squared meter, villa was designed by a Greek family with origins from many parts of the Mediterranean shore. Its architecture evokes the villages of the Cyclades but has an Italian touch in the color of its walls, while its interior retains the spirit of the Greek mainland. All parts of the house open onto the garden and the ground floor living room remains cool even at the height of summer.
The house is fully equipped to entertain babies, toddlers and energetic kids: 14 m*7m gorgeous new swimming pool, slide and swings, numerous toys for indoor and outdoor activities and 3 acres of land to explore.
The property is in superb condition, constantly gardened and supervised throughout the year. The beach is 150m from the end of the property.
The domain is at the border of a pine forest that covers the surrounding mountains. Nature is ever present with the cicanda during the day and the scops owls love songs during the night.
Gastronomy:
The owner is a Chef, which means the kitchen is fully equipped! Olive oil from the domain and homemade jams and other specialities await you upon arrival.
All Mediterranean herbs are cleverly planted next to the kitchen ready to enrich your next meal.
The villa has 3 different outdoor areas equipped for alfresco dining and barbecue and designed to be used at different times of the day.
The bedrooms layout is ideal for two families of 4 and an extra couple in the ensuite bedroom. We can add one or two foldable beds on demand for extra children.
The gardener, will provide seasonal vegetables and fruits specially planted in the 'potager' to be ready during the length of your stay: depending on the season you will enjoy organically grown melon, lemon, oranges, tomatoes, peppers, aubergines, lettuce...
The local fisherman, departs before sunset to fish. In the tavern on the beach you can enjoy the fruit of his day’s labor, cooked on a barbecue of olive branches that gives it a special aroma and maintains all the savors of the Aegean Sea.

You can book directly online for 5 nights or more but please contact us if you wish to stay less as we might accept booking request for less than five days at certain period of the year. Please contact us prior booking if you wish to book in November ( olives harvest).
COVID UPDATE: Feel free to contact us for last minutes booking and discuss cancellation policies. We understand that it is not easy to commit and will refund fully any cancellation due to the pandemic.
